1. Replacement & Exchange Policy

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The replaced product will be delivered within 1 working day after approval.
  • If you wish to exchange a product, it must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Only exchanges or credit notes are applicable.
  • Products purchased during Seasonal Sales or Discounted Offers are not eligible for return, exchange, repair, or warranty.
  • Some individual products may not be eligible for return/exchange. Please check the respective product page for details.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Returned items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Team.

If the returned product does not meet the above conditions:

  • The request will be rejected.
  • The product will be sent back to you at your expense (if requested).
  • No exchange, credit note, or replacement will be processed in such cases.

3. Credit Note Policy

All eligible returned products will be issued a Credit Note.

  • Credit Notes are valid for 4 months from the date of issuance.
  • The credit note amount will exclude shipping charges.
  • Credit notes cannot be:
    • Converted into cash
    • Transferred to another email ID
    • Extended beyond the validity period

How to Use a Credit Note

  1. Go to the checkout page.
  2. Enter the credit note code in the “Discount Code” section.
  3. Click Apply.
  4. The amount will be deducted automatically from your total.

4. Missing / Wrong / Damaged Products

If you receive:

  • A wrong item
  • A missing product
  • A damaged product

You must contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery.


5. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  • Click on the “Exchange” tab on the main menu of our website
    OR
  • Contact customer care at the email mentioned above.

Exchange is subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Size availability

If the desired product is unavailable, a Credit Note will be issued.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
    • Must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • Once a COD order is verified via call/WhatsApp, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Prepaid Orders
    • Cancellation will be processed in the form of a Credit Note only.

DAMAGE & REPAIR POLICY

At Dollphin Footwears Pvt. Ltd., we strive to maintain high quality standards using tested materials. However, in rare cases, manufacturing issues may arise.


Manufacturing Defects

If your footwear shows signs of manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for repair.

This does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear (scuffs, scratches, fading)
  • Damage due to water exposure
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper usage
  • Exposure to extreme conditions

Repair Process

  • Repairs are accepted only after expert assessment.
  • Repairs are provided free of charge.
  • A shipping fee of ₹250 will be charged for repair and size exchange.
  • Repair services are available only within India.
  • Discounted products are not eligible for repair, warranty, or exchange.

Dollphin Footwears Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to approve or reject repair requests based on individual evaluation.
